The Baptist Press is running a very moving article called New York, 5 years after 9/11: Baptist ministry continues (click to read).
The article features the very poignant 9/11 remembrances of Squat author Taylor Field.
From the article -“Taylor Field is one New York City pastor attuned to the need for long-term recovery ministry. As pastor and director of East Seventh Baptist Church-Graffiti, the church nearest Ground Zero at the time of the attack, Field launched an aggressive five-year plan to minister to the ‘affected but neglected’ victims of 9/11.”
